China Panorama, Intermediate Chinese is geared towards those students who have completed the China Panorama - Approaching Chinese course. This course is also suitable for those students who posses a vocabulary of approximately 1000 words. This book consists of 100 lessons and is divided into three volumes. Each lesson consists of four parts: a text, new vocabulary, notes on grammar and usage, and practice exercises. For the intermediate level student, all new words, notes and exercises are accompanied with English translations. The contents of each lesson focus on topics concerning the overseas experience in China, wheather it be living in, working in, or sightseeing within China. Morever, since all of the texts are composed of dialogue using conversational Chinese fro everyday situations, the intermediate level student should find each lesson both practical and interesting.
